Crashes on starting. Have done the export step in the first EGW app...

Thank you very much for this great work you have done. It is very nice to see that everything is very organized and you can easily find what you want. The different languages are all implemented. Great job so far. thank you

Opening simple direct book references with page numbers does take several minutes and oftentimes does not open the reference at all, while the online sites give almost immediate feedback. Navigating through periodicals is hard (try to open RH 1914 for example), you have to scroll through endlessly. Synchronization between the online study center doesnt seem to be possible. Im switching to the old App until there is some significant improvement.

Congratulations to the EGW Estate team for a job well done. Talk about "leaves of autumn"! I love the fact that all languages are in one app, that I can download materials in any of them, and that we can now sync the Study Center via iCloud. Thank you for the Bibles and the audio readers.

Version 2 is a bit buggy and it crashes too much for my taste, but in its defence it is the first version of this new release. I am sure that the issues will be worked out in the near future. Until then, I will stick with version 1.

The search feature seems to only work when you are online or connected to the Internet. Thats bad. If I have downloaded the books on the device why can it not search those books are material. Version 1 of the app search tool is exemplary.

A really good app. Well thought out and an easy to use User interface. Love the new Study Center and easy sharing with others my favorite quotes. Contains every book from Ellen White everything you could wish for. Audiobooks, eBooks, Reference works, Adventist Pioneer works, etc.

The previous app was great! This one is slow, non-responsive and frustrating in saving/loading your highlights/bookmarks. This app needs to be fixed from freezes and bombing out. Not worth downloading if it works like this...

I can tell they put a lot of work into this app...You can really customize your reading experience just how you like it. My only problem is sometimes with the horizontal swipe, you pull up the menu instead of going to the next page...that can get annoying.

App is fantastic!!! The Audio book addition to EGW2 is awesome and worked great in the first versions... BUT, the last 2 updates have ruined my audiobook experience. I had many downloaded onto my phone and after an update they were ALL GONE. Disheartening and Discouraging! When attempting to reinstall there were problems. Some chapters downloaded and other continued to say "live" and wouldnt play. Not sure if anybody else is having these problems, but when this is fixed youll get 5 stars.

This app needs to be upgraded, primarily in the speed category. It also glitches a lot and closes unexpectedly sometimes.

I just want to say Thank you for making all Ellen Whites writings available. This is awesome. I think the complainers should just be thankful they have access to all Mrs. Whites works. The app will get better and the problems really are minor compared to the benefits. Thank You again.

What an incredible resource. I mean really. I had used the Windows EGW app because of its superior lay out and functionality, but this version is as good if not better. I dont know how many times it can be said "download, read and study. Your life will never be the same again." The Health message vastly improved my health and then my familys, which lead me to her other writings which blew me away with it accuracy. A clear reflection of today local and geopolitical happenings, and it was written 150 years ago. Helps to prepare us for tomorrow. All the writings in one portable place! No excuse for ignorance now.

Many great ideas but very poor execution - hope it can be fixed

In the previous version, the offline search was quick. In this one it takes way too long. However, is a good app, with a good potential. Gods blessing in all you do!

Still crashes, especially during downloading books. But I was FINALLY able to get all the books. If anyone needs help, reach me my user name at g mail. Getting them all was a major long 2-day careful process but I finally have them so Ive given 3 stars instead of 1 now. The new app needs better and smoother vertical scrolling please. Even with the downloaded books, it still takes too long to "load them" which the old app didnt do. On the bright side: The app is pretty nice considering the old apple app doesnt have the night mode, nor audio, nor iCloud syncing, nor the book "love under fire" like the new one does; and the old app had chapter numbers glitches with certain books like PP.

I loved this app so much because of the audio portion of listening to her amazing writings as I fall asleep at night that I wanted to install it for my husband. I could not get the audio portion. I then discovered that there are two different EGW 2 apps. If you are looking for the audio app, do a search for Ellen G White and then keep scrolling past all the foreign language apps regarding her and you will find it. There are 2 different EGW 2 apps: one with audio and one without. I am giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the audio for her writings is a computer voice instead of a person (the 1888 Great Controversy, for example but the other GC is a person). Some suggestions for the app for audio would be: 1. have a timer to shut off after a certain time playing for falling asleep 2. Have it remember where you left off with audio (it doesnt, which is frustrating trying to remember where to start it again) and 3. Dont play music to introduce the chapter (it wakes me up). Ive only tried the Great Controversy so I dont know what the other books are like. I LOVE the fact this is free (especially for sharing) and also that it is so comprehensive. She is the most amazing writer I have ever read and I always gain such a blessing. If you dont have this app, GET IT!!! You will be so blessed by it.

Compared with the version 1 app, this one is much more difficult, slow painful to get all the books for offline use. Though the pioneer library is a big plus.

I like the app in general. Very useful. Many people have mentioned audio problems and robot vs person audio so I wont get into that. My main issue is the general and book searching. The results will come up on the right hand side but when I press them it often leads me to "The Vineyard of the Lord" chapter. Even if I press the next arrow on the bottom right it stays on that page. Would like for this to be fixed.
